Ben is one half of arguably the sexiest creative team at Nothing.
Ben graduated from the Norwich School of Art & Design in 2008, where he obtained a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication, lots of great memories and too many hangovers. After completing his degree, Ben was chosen to represent his class at D&AD New Blood in London. It was here that he was spotted by a pair of visionary Creative Director's from Philips Design who invited him for an interview in Amsterdam.
Ben first met Andy Leek (his current Creative partner) whilst competing against him in the job interview at Philips Design. Admittedly, not the best circumstance to begin a friendship, but fortunately things worked out just fine as both were offered a job.
Within a week of relocating to Amsterdam, Ben and Andy were sharing a former prison cell where a beautiful friendship blossomed. Regrettably, Ben and Andy's relationship with Philips Design didn't work out as well, parting company after one year.
With their newly acquired PowerPoint skills, Ben and Andy teamed up and set out conquering the world of advertising. They sent an alcohol based self-promotion piece to Michael and Bas, which led to an interview the next day and a job offer the following week. Fortunately for them, they were hired before Michael drank the best-before-17-2008 promotional piece.
In his spare time Ben loves to eat curry, dress as Tarquin the clown and play the guitar.
